Project Scope
A comprehensive revitalization strategy addressing urban decline, zoning inefficiencies, and economic stagnation in the downtown core. Adopted by the city and recognized by APA Alabama Chapter.
My Contribution
Directed the entire planning process: stakeholder engagement, spatial diagnostics, and redevelopment strategies. Presented outcomes to city leadership and the American Planning Association (APA) Conference.
