Project Scope
A corridor-wide revitalization plan to address underperformance along Montgomery Highway through zoning reform, design concepts, and multimodal infrastructure.
My Contribution
Created the entire plan, including GIS-based modeling, stakeholder engagement, and development of spatial criteria for mixed-use zoning overlays.
