Phenix City Downtown Revitalization Plan, Alabama (2022)
A full-scale urban renewal strategy addressing zoning inefficiencies and economic decline. The plan was officially adopted and awarded by the Alabama APA.
Lake Martins Area Economic Development Plan, Alabama (2023)
A multi-county strategy for revitalizing rural Alabama through land use reform, infrastructure upgrades, and regional investment targeting. Contributed land use analytics and strategic framework.
Montgomery Highway Redevelopment Plan, Alabama, (2023)
A comprehensive corridor redevelopment strategy for Dothan, Alabama. Introduced original spatial analytics and modern zoning techniques for long-term economic impact. It was featured in the news.
Legacy Resident Retention Program (LRRP)Dashboard, Georgia (2024–2025)
Developed a GIS-based dashboard for Atlanta’s Beltline tax relief program. Became a decision-making tool managing $3.7M+ in aid for housing stability.
